RYE, N.Y. -- The early dismissal of students from Rye's Osborn School on Tuesday is creating traffic headaches for motorists on Osborne Street off of Route 1.
A combination of slick roads and an early dismissal at Osborne School has created heavy delays near Route 1 in Rye.

The logjam has delayed drivers at least 10 minutes and has also prevented school buses from getting students out on time.
