Westchester Man Falls To His Death Adjusting Third-Floor Air Conditioner

A 56-year-old man reaching to fix his window air conditioner fell to his death in Westchester County.

Walker Clark of Mount Vernon fell out a third-floor window around 12 a.m. Friday of an apartment building at 630 Gramatan Ave., said Maria Donovan, spokeswoman for the Mount Vernon Police.

Clark was attempting to adjust the air conditioner when he fell more than 30 feet to the ground, Donovan said.
