Driver Dies After Palmer Township Crash, Coroner Says One driver died from his injuries after a crash in Palmer Township on Tuesday evening, Jan. 30, officials say.  Joseph R. Hoagland, 68, suffered a medical emergency that led to a wreck in the parking lot of the William Penn Highway Weis, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.  Hoagland, of Wilson Borough, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital - Anderson Campus where he passed from blunt force chest injuries on Wednesday, Jan. 31, authorities said.
