A District man has been sentenced to decades in prison for gunning down Maryland native Toussaunt Strong outside his father's home in the Shipley Terrace neighborhood more than three years ago, authorities announced. Authorities are searching for the burglar who was caught on video breaking into a car in an Upper Chichester driveway. Police said it happened in the early morning hours on Thursday, Dec. 21, in the neighborhood near Trophy Drive and Larkin Road.
