Saratoga County resident Brian Stanley, age 41, of Halfmoon, was arrested Friday, Sept. 9, for four counts of forgery and two counts of possession of a forged instrument, all felonies. Ossining Farm Competing For Nationwide Grant OSSINING N.Y. -- An Ossining farm is hoping to be the choice of voters. Fable is one of the farms competing in PRO * ACT's Cultivating Change grant program. A total of $75,000 in funding will be awarded to local farms with the most votes through Jan. 31. Winners will be announced on Feb. 5.  Fable is competing against more than 100 farms in 30 states for funding to invest in sustainability efforts and grow their overall capacity.
