Tributes are pouring in for LaToya Melissa Chalk, who died at her home in Columbia on Friday, March 22 at the age of 39. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, LaToya went to school in Tolland before moving to Maryland with her mother in 1995, her obituary says. She later graduated from Wilde Lake High School in 2002 and had spent time studying business administration at Morgan State University, Howard Community College and the University of Phoenix.
