Overturned Truck Shuts Down Highway Ramp In Northampton County: PSP (Updated) Update: The ramp has since reopened, troopers said.  Crews are at the scene of an accident involving an overturned tractor-trailer on Wednesday, April 3, according to troopers.  Troop M's Nathan Branosky said the truck flipped on the ramp from Route 33 southbound to Interstate 78 eastbound in Lower Saucon. Drivers on Route 33 south are being detoured onto I-78's westbound lanes, state police said.  The ramp was still closed while first responders worked the scene around noon, Branosky said.

The fire broke out at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 9 at 948 Route 33, Howell police said. A 9-1-1 call was placed by an Eatontown firefighter who observed smoke coming from the residence. Upon arrival of the responding patrol officers, all occupants of the home were already safely evacuated, police said.
