2-Car Crash Causes Fluid Spill On Busy Carmel Road A two-car crash in the Hudson Valley caused a temporary closure on a busy road to allow crews to clean a fluid spill.  The crash happened in Putnam County on Friday, Feb. 23 just before 8 p.m., when two cars collided on Croton Falls Road in Carmel, according to the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department.
