Greenwich Police Nab Violent Kidnapper Who Fled From Westchester County, Cops Say Police in Fairfield County nabbed a violent kidnapper who fled from Westchester County after committing the alleged crime. The incident took place in Greenwich early Thursday, Sept. 21. According to Lt. U-Haul Truck Leads 95MPH Pursuit Through Alexandria With Passengers The driver of a U-Haul truck was arrested after leading a 95 mph pursuit along I-395 in Alexandria overnight, authorities said. A Virginia State Trooper who saw the truck initiated a traffic stop around 2:30 a.m., but the driver refused, and sped away taking Exit 3 for Duke Street, Virginia State Police said. The U-Haul continued through Alexandria in a reckless manner speeding up and slowing down until it returned to I-395 heading south.
