The incident took place in Greenwich early Thursday, Sept. 21. According to Lt. A Virginia State Trooper who saw the truck initiated a traffic stop around 2:30 a.m., but the driver refused, and sped away taking Exit 3 for Duke Street, Virginia State Police said. The U-Haul continued through Alexandria in a reckless manner speeding up and slowing down until it returned to I-395 heading south.
