In February, a man was caught on camera stealing a FedEx package from the front of a Twin Oaks Drive in Kings Park. Police said that the alleged theft happened at approximately 9:40 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 24. It is unclear what was inside the stolen package. Bronx resident Jean Tapia, 33, has been arrested after allegedly stealing a package from a home in the Edgemont neighborhood, Greenburgh Police Sgt. Brian Matthews announced on Wednesday. Tapia was arrested this week and charged with one count of petit larceny. He has been booked at Greenburgh Police Headquarters and has since been released on bail.
