Thief Stabbed Arresting Coatesville Officer In Head, Authorities Say A 20-year-old man was charged with stabbing an officer in the head at a Coatesville store on Friday, authorities said. Officers were in the process of arresting Michael White, of Manheim, for stealing from the Turkey Hill store on Kings Highway when he shoved and stabbed 35-year-old Coatesville officer William Cahill, the Chester County District Attorney's Office announced.
