Truck Gets Stuck On Busy Roadway In Putnam A large tractor-trailer got stuck on a Putnam Valley roadway on Tuesday, Jan. 22, blocking traffic. The truck got stuck at the major thoroughfare at the intersection of Oscawana Lake Road and Dunderburg Road in Putnam Valley, the Sheriff's Department said. The truck got hung up on the grade preventing it from moving forward and making a turn. On the scene were the Sheriff’s Putnam Valley Patrol and the ESU Unit.
