The search for a missing person ended tragically when their body was found near a New Jersey mountain, authorities said. A New Jersey Park Police officer has been arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. Patrick Kelly, 37, of Winslow Township, was arrested on Monday, April 17, at New Jersey State Park Police Headquarters in Egg Harbor City, they said.
