Stolen Dirt Bikes Include Putnam Boy's Make-a-wish Gift After Battling Cancer Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help tracking down two dirt bikes stolen from a garage, including one gifted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The incident occurred in Windham County around 9:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 20, from a James Street West garage in the town of Putnam. According to Putnam Police, someone broke into a detached locked garage and stole two off-road motorcycles.
