$100K ID Theft Scheme: Trio Nabbed In Act At Auto Dealership In New Rochelle, Police Say Three suspects were apprehended in the act of allegedly trying to pull off a $100,000 identity theft scheme at an auto dealership in Westchester County, according to authorities. At around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 30, detectives were alerted by staff at New Rochelle Toyota that a possible fraudulent purchase of a vehicle was in progress at the dealership. 4 Nabbed After Attempted Home Burglary In Great Neck, Police Say Four men are facing charges following an attempted break-in at a home located in an affluent neighborhood on Long Island. The incident occurred at around 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, in Great Neck on Oxford Avenue, according to Nassau County Police. Investigators said four men, ranging in age from 19 to 56, tried to break into the home through a rear window, but were unsuccessful. Nicholas Guerrero, of Jackson Heights in Queens, won the second prize for matching the first five numbers drawn on Aug. 31, New York Lottery reported on Thursday, Dec. 15. He received his prize as a single, lump-sum payment of $612,240 after required withholdings, NY Lottery reported. The winning numbers were 07 08 19 24 28 Power Ball 01, the lottery said. Greenwich Police arrested Juan Bonilla-Arias of Jackson Heights in Queens on several warrants after traveling to New York City on Thursday, Aug. 23, to take him into custody. Juan Bonilla-Arias is facing a combined six counts for a burglary and larceny on Gaston Farm Road on Nov. 18, 2017. He is being held on $100,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 6.
