Man, Struck Killed By SUV In Central Islip An investigation is underway after a fatal overnight crash on Long Island. It happened around 2:40 a.m. Sunday, April 14 in Central Islip. A man was crossing Suffolk Avenue, approximately 100 feet east of Church Street, when he was struck by a westbound 2014 Honda Pilot. The man was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.  His identity has not yet been released. Montco Motorcyclist Killed In Berks County Crash, Troopers Say State police have identified the motorcyclist who died in a Colebrookedale crash on Friday evening, March 29.  Devon J. Barrett, 31, was heading east on Township Line Road when his Suzuki crossed into the westbound lane around 5:30 p.m., troopers said in a police report.  He was fatally injured when his motorcycle collided with a westbound Honda Pilot, authorities said.
