House Burglars Caught On Video In Roxborough, Say Philly Police Authorities are investigating a string of home break-ins that targeted residents in the Roxborough area on Saturday night, Dec. 9, Philadelphia police said in a release.  Three men and one woman who acted as a lookout burglarized at least three homes between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., the department said.  Targeted neighborhoods included the 500 block of Cathedral Road, the 900 block of Caledonia Street, and the 500 block of Predale Circle, according to officials.  In surveillance footage released by detectives, the suspected lookout is seen keeping an eye on the road.
