One person is dead and another hospitalized after a head-on crash with a work van in Harford County, state police officials say. Shortly before 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, troopers were called to a stretch of MD Route 23 (East West Highway) near the Morse Road Bridge to investigate a reported crash involving at least two vehicles in Forest Hill. Torrington Woman Killed In Head-On Crash On Route 202 In New Hartford
Police are investigating a fatal head-on crash on a busy Connecticut roadway. It happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18 in Litchfield County on Route 202 in New Hartford. A 2016 Ryder Truck was traveling eastbound and a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX was traveling westbound when, for an unknown reason, the Odyssey crossed the double-yellow line in the roadway and struck the Ryder Truck head-on, Connecticut State Police said. Toms River Woman, 61, Killed In Head-On Crash: Police
A 61-year-old woman from Toms River was killed in a head-on crash, authorities said. The crash — involving a commercial refrigerated box truck and a Nissan pickup truck — occurred on Route 70 in Manchester around 6:45 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, Manchester Township police said. The pickup driver, Sandra Wade, died as a result of her injuries at the scene, police said.

Two people were hospitalized following a head-on crash in Morris County, authorities said. The Long Valley First Aid Squad responded to the crash with EMS and Rescue 1 and 2 in Long Valley during the afternoon on Saturday, Sept. 10. The Long Valley Fire Company No. 1 tended to a fluid spill while EMS crew members treated two patients at the scene and transported them to nearby hospitals, the squad said. The crash occurred at about 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 14 on Siloam Road in Freehold, initial reports said. There was at least one unresponsive victim, reports said. The closure was between Mahopac Avenue in Somers and Windsor Road in Yorktown following the 7:20 a.m. crash.
