On Friday, March 15 at about 7:30 a.m., a 6ABC news helicopter filmed the hole cutting off part of Swamp Road in the Mullica Hill section of Harrison Township. No one was hurt, according to Harrison Township police. Water could be seen running through the washed-out road leaving some nearby homes stranded. Monir Lancaster, 38, of Chester, PA, was driving a Buick Encore westbound on Stephen M. Sweeney Way in Harrison Township at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27 when he veered into the eastbound lane for an unknown reason, according to township police. Motorcyclist Dies After Passing Line Of Stopped Cars In Harrison Twp. A 61-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a pickup truck this week in South Jersey. Michael McCulley, 61, of Woolwich, was heading west on Mullica Hill Road in Harrison Township, when he passed westbound cars stopped at a red light around 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, local police said.  McCulley went into the Lambs Road intersection and struck the passenger side of the pickup truck, which had been turning left from Mullica Hill Road east onto Lambs Road north. The truck driver was hospitalized for evaluation and McCulley was pronounced dead at the scene.

Cheese of Cedarville. Gloucester County Man, 53, Critically Hurt In Crash A Gloucester County motorist was hospitalized in critical condition after a serious crash, authorities said. A 53-year-old driver from Swedesboro was traveling west on Woodland Avenue near Valley Lane in Harrison Township just after 8 p.m. on Friday when his car ran off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole, police said.
