What turned out to be a bogus call of a man barricaded in a Secaucus hotel led police to two Passaic County repeat offenders who were both wanted on warrants, authorities said. A Ramsey woman and a companion from Long Island were busted on prostitution charges at a Route 17 hotel. Donna Olsen, 35, was charged with prostitution and selling heroin, coke and crystal meth, among other offenses after police called to do a welfare check at the Extended Stay America on the northbound highway found both of them, Ramsey Police Chief Brian M. Five people have been arrested following a prostitution bust at a hotel in the region. All five suspects were apprehended in Dutchess County Wednesday, April 27, in the Town of Fishkill after local and state police targeted prostitution and other illegal activity at the Extended Stay America on West Merritt Boulevard, Fishkill Police said.
