The first Chick-fil-A location in Westchester County has been approved to open soon. The fast-food eatery will open in Yonkers at the intersection of 2205 Central Park Ave. (Route 100) and 10 Roxbury Dr., and was approved by the city's planning board during their meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 11. Un-Happy Meal: Police Seek Loudoun Suspect Who Robbed McDonald's Drive-Thru
Police are searching for the suspect who robbed a Loudoun County McDonald's drive-thru.At around 11 p.m. on August 3, a rear passenger of a car grabbed the cash register through the drive-thru window, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Police said the silver Chevrolet sedan fled the scene with the register. The suspect was described as a black man in his late 20's or early 30's, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, red vest, and a blue disposable mask, police reported. Anyone with information about the suspect or the incident should call police at 703-777-1021.

A popular fast-food spot on Long Island is set to expand to a new location, and it's going to be cheesy. In early July, the owners of Cheezly's, James Christiano and Cody Kilroy, announced plans to open a second location in Melville sometime this fall or winter.
