Police in Bucks County are seeking the operator of an illegal dirt bike who intentionally struck a pedestrian Saturday, Aug. 5. The 64-year-old victim was knocked to the ground around 7:50 p.m. on Neshaminy Valley Drive in Bensalem, and then run over by the dirt bike operator, police said. A young Long Island man was left in critical condition after a late-night crash, according to authorities. The incident occurred on Friday, June 9 in Seaford, Nassau County Police reported. A 26-year-old dirt bike operator died in a crash over Memorial Day Weekend, police in Reading said. Officers were called to North Grace Street and Lancaster Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, May 28, where the dirt bike and a vehicle collided, Reading spokeswoman Maritza Loaiza said. A Rockland County resident was issued nine tickets and other moving violations for operating a dirt bike with no headlights.
