Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced that a 17-year-old has been arrested and arraigned after making threats to Croton-Harmon High School. The arrest was made by Croton Village Police after a tip was received on Wednesday, Sept. 4, by the school district through its “Anonymous Alerts” reporting portal.
