A judge ordered him held on $2,500 bail. Yu is not to have contact with the children and must forfeit his passport as part of his bail agreement, authorities said. Piero Morales-Marchant and Paul Montecino-Leiva, both of Chile, were arrested for second-degree attempted burglary on Friday, Jan. 28, according to the Harrison Police Department. Alert Issued For Hudson Valley Man Wanted For Sex Abuse Of 11-Year-Old New York State Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help in locating a man who is wanted for the sexual abuse of an 11-year-old child. Ruben Mosquera, 74, was arrested after an investigation in Middletown determined that he had inappropriate contact with an 11-year-old. Mosquera left the area and never returned to court to answer the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest, state police said.
