Woman Killed In Head-On Route 117 Crash In Lincoln A woman was killed Thursday morning, April 4, in a head-on collision in the Middlesex County town of Lincoln, authorities said.  The crash happened a little after 9 a.m. on Route 117 near Sweet Bay Lane when a Jeep Wrangler collided with a Chevy Silverado, the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office said.  Paramedics rushed the woman behind the wheel of the Wrangler to Emerson Hospital, where she died of her wounds. Driver Dies During Medical Emergency On Route 78 A motorist died during a medical emergency that resulted in a crash in Hunterdon County, authorities said. New Jersey State troopers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Route 78 westbound near milepost 20.2 in Lebanon Borough at 2:14 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16. Based on a preliminary investigation, the driver of a Chevy Silverado suffered a medical emergency and subsequently struck the center median guardrail, State Police said.
