A 37-year-old Virginia woman is facing charges for a crash that left her passenger dead, authorities said. Shannon P. Day, of Sumerduck, was driving under the influence at the time of the Shipps Tore Road crash in Fauquier County on Saturday, March 2 at 10:25 p.m., Virginia State Police said.
