Jury Convicts Man On Fentanyl, Weapons Offenses In Atlantic County A 37-year-old man from Atlantic City has been found guilty of 15 crimes including maintaining a fentanyl production facility, authorities said. On Monday, March 13, Kevin Davis also was found guilty of weapons offenses and resisting arrest, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Davis will be sentenced on April 18. On October 3, 2019, members of the Atlantic City Police Department including Detectives Joseph Procopio and Innocenzo Visceglia executed a search warrant on a residence used by Davis to package fentanyl for sale. Thomas Bolen, 46 -- who has been a Boys and Girls Club president, Board of Education member and athletic coach -- was issued a summons to appear in court to answer a theft charge, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said.
