Woman, 22, Killed In Multi-Car Crash On Mass Turnpike In Grafton: Police A 22-year-old woman died after she was involved in a car crash in Worcester County that sprawled into a multi-car wreck on I-90, authorities said.  Claudia Lukas, of Longmeadow, was killed on Wednesday, Nov. 15, in Grafton after her Subaru and a Kia Sorento collided on I-90 and hit a center guardrail, State Police said. The cars came to a stop in the center of the highway and were hit by an oncoming vehicle.  The crashes caused a secondary wreck between two tractor-trailers and a box truck, authorities said. Police ID Driver, Passenger Killed In Sayreville Crash Authorities have identified the driver and passenger killed in a head-on collision with a box truck in Sayreville. Domingo Coach-Sam, 27, and the passenger sitting behind him, Gaspa Sam Ciprian, 28, died in the crash at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31 at the intersection of Bordentown Avenue and Waterworks Road, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said. Their hometowns were not released. The crash occurred at about 2:30 p.m.on Wednesday, May 24 in the southbound lanes of Route 18 at the Garden State Parkway in Tinton Falls, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Borough police and the Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded to the crash outside a cluster of office buildings at 20th Street and Fair Lawn Avenue around 9:30 a.m., April 19. Long Island Man Hit By Box Truck Dies From Injuries A Long Island man who was struck by a box truck while crossing a busy roadway has died. Alfred Piretto, age 86, died on Monday, Nov. 22, from the injuries suffered during the crash on Tuesday, Nov. 16 in Franklin Square. According to detectives, Piertto, of Franklin Square, was struck at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike. The driver of the box truck, 34, remained at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
