'Critically-Needed': New Rye YMCA Nursery School To Open In Westchester County A Westchester County YMCA has announced a new nursery school that is planned to open next year. Lee Ann Borg, 31, a former employee of the Rye and Greenwich YMCA pleaded guilty in Westchester County Court to stealing $195,157.58 from the Rye YMCA when she was employed. Rye Swimmers Win Westchester/Fairfield League Title, Place At States The Rye Y Wave Ryeders capped off a winning season on March 18, placing 4th overall out of 40 swim teams at the YMCA State Championships in Buffalo.  The Rye team racked up its highest point total ever at the State meet and brought home several individual and team awards.
