Going into the playoffs, Meyerson was named a first-team All-University Athletic Association (UAA) player as well as a first-team All-Liberty League player.
Through early May, Meyerson led Rochester with a .361 batting average (43 hits during 119 at-bats), bringing in 29 runs.
The Rye High graduate hit 10 doubles, two triples and three home runs for 14 runs batted in. Meyerson slammed his home runs during three consecutive games at Union College on May 2-3.
Meyerson rounded 66 total bases for a .555 slugging percentage, with nine walks and three "hit by pitches" for a .417 "on base" percentage while successfully stealing six bases in seven attempts.
He's also the Yellowjackets' team leader with three four-hit performances, finishing with 12 during the regular season.
A university spokesman said Rochester plays in two conferences, but typically strives for an automatic playoff berth in the NCAA baseball tournament from its success in the Liberty League.
