The All?State and All?County Music Festivals are presented by the Westchester County School Music Association (WCSMA), a unit of the New York State School Music Association and the National Association for Music Educators. Students must audition, and upon being selected to the ensembles, spend months rehearsing with their groups in preparation for the festival concerts.

"All of these students have put in a great deal of work under the leadership of their dedicated music instructors," the district said in a statement. "Congratulations to the students and teachers."
