RYE, N.Y. – Rye students and parents can now follow the district’s new superintendent, Dr. Frank Alvarez, on Twitter to stay up-to-date with school happenings.
“In the world of growing social media, I am hopeful that Twitter will provide a new outlet for me to communicate with community members, my education associates, and others,” Alvarez said in a prepared statement. “The district already shares news announcements and updates via our website, listserve, and other systems, and I am excited to provide another avenue for staying in contact.”
