Niche compiled data on all public school districts and graded them in eight metrics:

Rye was the top rated school system in Westchester County. It received grades of A+ in the Academics, Health, Teachers, Resources and Sports categories.
The district of over 3,000 students also has 72 percent of the population proficient in both math and reading, according to state standards.
Blind-Brook-Rye Union Free also cracked the top 25 at No. 18.
The top rated district in the state was Jericho Union Free School District in Long Island.
