Local HS Marching Band Performs In NYC's St. Patrick's Day Parade

HARRISON, N.Y. -- The Harrison High School Marching Band has been invited to perform in the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Thursday.

Harrison High School's Marching Band is performing once again in Thursday's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in New York City. National televised coverage of the parade begins at 11 a.m. The Huskies' band "steps off" at 12:30 p.m. in Manhattan.

The Huskies' Marching Band has been invited to and performed for many years in this country’s oldest and largest parade that is seen by millions on national television.

The parade begins on 44th Street in Manhattan and proceeds up Fifth Avenue to 79th Street. 

The Harrison High School Marching Band will “step off” at 12:30 p.m.

The parade can be seen on www.NBCNewYork.com beginning at 11a.m.
