Time Warner CEO Buys Waterfront Home In Greenwich For $19 Million

GREENWICH, Conn. – Jeffrey L. Bewkes, CEO of Time Warner and an Old Greenwich resident, has purchased a home in the Riverside neighborhood of Greenwich for $19 million, Greenwich Time reports.

The three-bedroom home at 25 Pilot Rock Lane features 5,700 square feet of space and is located on 1.9 acres of waterfront property in the Harbor Point Association, according to the report.

The seller was Richard Voell, CEO of The Rockefeller Group, the real estate company behind Rockefeller Center, according to Greenwich Time.
