RYE, N.Y. -- The historic 11,500-square-foot waterfront mansion of Jonathan Grayer, former CEO of test prep company Kaplan, was recently put on the market, with an asking price of $16 million, according to Curbd.com .
The home was built in 1900. It has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a media room, a gym, an elevator, a three-car garage and an indoor swimming pool.
Grayer spent some of his retirement’s nearly $80-million severance package on fixing up this historic waterfront mansion on Rye’s Kirby Pond, Curbed reported.
