Rye's Flood Named Coldwell Banker's Top Salesperson In Westchester

Cathleen F. Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., made the announcement honoring Flood, who has been the top real estate professional in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Rye office for more than 25 years.

As the No. 1 real estate professional, Flood achieved the greatest sales volume among Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s sales associates in Westchester County. Flood also earned the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award, which is presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker network.

Flood has previously been listed among the country’s top 250 real estate sales professionals by The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends based on sales volume. Additionally, she is a recipient of Westchester Magazine’s Five Star Award, which identifies service professionals who provide outstanding service to their clients. This is the latest honor in a long list of awards that Flood has received during her distinguished real estate career. With extensive experience in the residential real estate industry, Flood has consistently ranked as Coldwell Banker’s top producer in Westchester County and has been recognized regionally and nationally for her sales accomplishments.
