As the No. 1 real estate professional, Flood achieved the greatest sales volume among Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s sales associates in Westchester County. Flood also earned the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award, which is presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker network.
Flood has previously been listed among the country’s top 250 real estate sales professionals by The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends based on sales volume. Additionally, she is a recipient of Westchester Magazine’s Five Star Award, which identifies service professionals who provide outstanding service to their clients.
