Rye's Flood Earns No. 1 Ranking For Coldwell Banker

RYE, N.Y. – Michele Flood of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Rye office ranked as the company’s No. 1 real estate salesperson and associate broker for sales volume in 2015 in Westchester County and Connecticut.

Joseph Valvano, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, made the announcement. Flood also earned the prestigious Coldwell Banker® International President’s Premier award, presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 affiliated sales associates in the Coldwell Banker® international network.

With more than 40 years of residential real estate experience, Flood has consistently ranked as Coldwell Banker’s top producer in Westchester County and has been recognized regionally and nationally for her sales accomplishments. She serves homebuyers and sellers throughout Rye, Rye Neck, Rye Brook, Harrison, Larchmont, Port Chester and Purchase.
