The doll, which has since been taken down, was seen recently in Spring Valley for the second year in a row. A representative of the local NAACP said it appears to depict violence against black people, News 12 reports.

Representatives of the Jewish Federation of Rockland County said the doll symbolizes the defeat of the ancient Haman, who wanted to destroy the Jews, News 12  says.
