The seller was Purchase Street Holdings LLC and the buyer was Thomas Giannetti.

The seller was represented by Garry Klein, regional manager, and the Buyer was represented by Michael Rackenberg, sales associate, both brokers with the firm.

The mixed-use building consists of four retail storefronts and four ultra-lux duplex residential units complete with elevators and high-end finishes on a 16,000 square foot lot.
