Honored sales members were Michele Flood, Sula Pearlman, Kathryn Delaney, Kate Emanuel, Kim Rand, Susan O’Brien, Debra Strati-Padawer and Peggy Jackson.

Flood, an associate real estate broker affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Rye office, is being recognized, once again, as the company’s No. 1 real estate salesperson and associate broker in all of Westchester County.

With more than 35 years in the real estate business, Flood consistently has distinguished herself as the company’s best producer in Westchester County. She received the national President’s Premier Award. It is awarded to the top one percent of all the approximately 87,000 sales associates in the Coldwell Banker system worldwide.

Pearlman was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award. It is awarded to the top three percent of Coldwell Banker's approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide.

Delaney and Emanuel were recognized with the International Presidents Circle Award. It is awarded to the top six percent of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.

Rand, O’Brien, Strati-Padawer and Jackson were been recognized with the International Diamond Society Award. It is awarded to the top 11 percent of Coldwell Banker's sales associates.

The sales associates will be honored during a special celebration at the Hyatt Regency in Greenwich on May 14. Guests will enjoy food, music and dancing. Each year, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recognizes the work of exceptional sales associates and sales teams through its distinguished awards program.
