Scavino, who serves as President Donald Trump's social media director, criticized fellow Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for failing to must enough votes in the Senate to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

"More excuses," Scavino tweeted from his personal Twitter account. "Senate Majority Leader must have needed another four years - in addition to the seven years -- to repeal and replace Obamacare."

Scavino was responding to McConnell saying President Trump had "excessive expectations," on the timeline of repealing the Affordable Care Act.

McConnell's wife, Elaine Chao, serves in Trump's Cabinet as Secretary of Labor.

Trump weighed in on the matter himself on Twitter, also criticizing McConnell.

"Senator Mitch McConnell said I had "excessive expectations," but I don't think so," Trump tweeted.  "After 7 years of hearing Repeal & Replace, why not done?"

Trump, who owns an estate in Bedford, also owns Trump National Golf Club Hudson Valley in Stormville and Trump National Westchester in Briarcliff Manor.

The Trump name also adorns Trump Tower At City Center in White Plains, Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, Trump Park Residences in Yorktown and the Donald J. Trump State Park on the Westchester/Putnam border.
