The inauguration ceremony is set to take place at 11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 5 at Rye City Hall at 281 Midland Ave. in Rye. Mayor Joseph Sack will be sworn in along with council members Kristin Bucci, Julie Killian and Terry McCartney.
