White Plains Man Stopped With 480 Packets Of Heroin

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- A 45-year-old White Plains man was arrested Sunday night on Ferris Avenue after police found 480 packets of heroin in his car, according to LoHud.com.

White Plains Public Safety Commissioner David Chong told LoHud that Anthony Roper, who has 19 suspensions on his driver's license, also had a bag of cocaine and five $50 counterfeit bills in his car. The glassine packets of heroin, hidden in a laptop case, weighed more than five ounces.
