According to multiple reports, Pelham resident Billy Sierra was driving past a crash scene near Hollers Avenue in the Bronx at approximately 7 p.m., when he allegedly showed the middle finger, prompting an argument with some men at the scene.

The men proceeded to get into their own car and chase down Sierra, officials stated. One man got out of the Camry and stabbed Sierra. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his wounds.
