Several Charged In DWI Detail Throughout Westchester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Three Westchester County residents were arrested and charged with DWI Friday during a DWI saturation detail throughout the county, according to New York State Police.

Anton Guitano, 54, of Somers was arrested for DWI the Town of North Salem. Guitano submitted a breath test that indicated he had a blood alcohol content of .08 percent. Guitano was issued traffic tickets and ordered to appear in the Town of North Salem Court Monday, April 20.

Jorge L. Panama, 53, of Port Chester was arrested for DWI in the Town of North Castle. Panama was processed and refused to submit to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol content. He was issued traffic tickets and was ordered to appear in the Town of North Castle court Tuesday, April 21.

Marie C. Coleman, 29, of Larchmont was arrested for felony DWI in the Town of Bedford. Coleman submitted to a breath test that indicated she had a blood alcohol content of .10 percent. Coleman was charged with a felony DWI since she has a previous DWI conviction from 2010. She was ordered to appear in the Town of Bedford Court Thursday, April 23.

In addition to the three DWI arrests, 27 traffic tickets were issued for the following violations: nine speeding violations and 18 other traffic offenses.
