Rhythm In Rye Designer Consignment shop, 85 Purchase St, encompasses all of the above, and is also filled with lots of items (clothing, handbags, jewelry) that don’t look used.

Some things, like an LV white designer pocketbook, looked brand spanking new. If you love designers but don’t want to pay designer prices, then it is definitely worth a visit. Or if you suddenly find that your winter wardrobe could use a refresher, check out their sweaters, winter coats AND fur coats (which appeared in mint condition).

Renee Drummond started the store six years ago to help a friend who was out of work. She has built relationships with local business organizations and if items in the store don’t sell – she donates them to shelters. She also works with Lives in Transition (which helps women who have experienced domestic violence).

She is always on the lookout for trendy or designer items. Some of the expensive designer brands she carries are Chanel and Louis Vuitton.
