Feeley was born in New York City, to Agnes and Thomas Feeley, he lived in Rye for most of his life. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in marketing, he had a 34 year career as an executive with ADP and retired from there in 2002.
Feeley is survived by his daughters, Lori Ann Quasky of Cary, N.C., and Kyla Feeley of New York City; former wife, Lora Feeley of St. Augustine, Fla.; son-in-law, Ed Quasky; two grandchildren; wife, Patty Raymer-Feeley of Maitland, Fla.; sister, Agnes Bilotta of Milford, Conn.; and a niece and nephew.
Calling hours are Monday, Sept. 29 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Graham Funeral Home, 1036 Boston Post Road, Rye. A service celebrating Feeley's life will follow at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 at Resurrection Church, 910 Boston Post Road, Rye.
