RYE, N.Y. -- Rose Granucci, a longtime resident of Rye died Sunday, July 19. She was 85.
Granucci was born in Highland, N.Y., on Oct. 1, 1929, to Salvatore and Fortunata (Marino) Ciappetta.
Her husband, Alfred Granucci, died in 1990.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Granucci.
She was predeceased by her son Alfred Granucci; brothers Alfred, Louis, and a sister, Theresa DiLapi.
Family and friends will gather Friday, from 4-8 p.m. at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home 767 E. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Resurrection Roman Catholic Church, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
