RYE, N.Y. – Marilyn Chodosh Lieberman of Rye and formerly of New Rochelle died Sunday, April 10. She was 80.
Lieberman was born on Oct. 3, 1935, in New York to Arthur and Sylvia Birnbaum Chodosh. She graduated from the College of New Rochelle and Hunter College School of Social Work.
She worked for many years at the Clear View School in Scarborough.
Lieberman was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Howard. She is survived by her children, Lawrence and his wife Rita of Dobbs Ferry, and Alan and his wife Valerie of Cranford, N.J.; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the JED Foundation for Emotional Health.
Arrangements will be handled by Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home in Dobbs Ferry.
